If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment & have not called or texted, for any reason, your appointment will be canceled. Your deposit or payment for services will be forfeited.

**Any person late, more than 15 minutes, for there appointment will have to reschedule or service time could be reduced. NO EXCEPTIONS!

If you have purchased a package, or prepaid, and you do not show, call, or text to reschedule in less than 12 hours prior to scheduled appointment, it will be forfeited and will be reduced from your package number of treatments. Or pay a reschedule fee of $50 to rebook your prepaid appointment.
